Beautiful rooms but management struggles

The hotel boasted beautiful rooms, where I cherished the spaciousness and charming decor. Waking up each morning felt like a treat in such a lovely environment.

However, my stay was marred by the unprofessionalism of the staff. The manager's indifference during my concerns overshadowed what could have been a serene retreat.

Stunning rooms with beautiful decor, complemented by attentive staff who accommodated my late check-out request. The location is perfect, nestled within the historic center and just a short walk from great restaurants. While the spa offered a lovely experience, the lunch was disappointingly average. The balcony's locking mechanism also left much to be desired, making me feel a bit insecure.

We had an incredible time at this beautiful hotel with 20 family members. The inviting pool and spacious rooms made it a perfect spot for our reunion. The staff was attentive, fulfilling every little request we had, making our stay really memorable.

My kids wished there were more activities for younger guests.

the dona urraca hotel & spa is a gorgeous place with a great location near wonderful restaurants. our junior suite was spacious and clean, and we loved the spa services, especially the massages. everything was top-notch!

The room was spacious and well-kept, with luxurious linens that made sleep comfortable. The pool area offered a lovely garden view that added to our relaxation. Most staff members were friendly and eager to assist, enhancing our overall experience.

However, the service at certain times felt rushed and inconsistent.

Hallways were noisy during the night.

It was just a nice choice for a brief sojourn in Queretaro with good price-value balance. The included breakfast was good and helped start my day right. Be cautious of the slippery bathroom floor. maybe bring a rubber mat.
